DFH Construction will:

• provide expertise in project management, scheduling, estimating, value engineering, budget control, and construction technology.

• manage and schedule all project personnel and provide the Owner with frequent project updates as progress occurs.

• schedule regular project meetings as required in order to remain current with the status of the project.

• discuss and review all major costs decisions in detail with the Owner and Architect, and ultimate decisions are subject to the Owner's final approval.

Upon commencement of construction, DFH Construction will organize the project team of Owner, Architect, and Contractor to work in a coordinated effort to provide for a successful project.

DFH Construction's responsibilities as a professional construction company are to assure completion of the work in the most expeditious and efficient manner possible, and to achieve a quality project, while maintaining the budget and schedule.
